usage of time

I felt really confusing with how should I use time. So can you please tell me how ask and answer questions about time in spanish with the english translation. thank you

There are two basic time questions:

¿Qué hora es? (What time is it) and

A qué hora + an expression as to at what time an event takes place.

¿A qué hora es la clase de español? (At what time is the Spanish class?)

There are many ways of answering these questions.

¿A qué hora debo presentarme? What time should I be there?

Hice el depósito antes de las 15:00. Me mulataron. ¿Por qué? Hábía fondos suficientes. I made the deposit before 15:00. You "nicked" me. Why? There were sufficient funds.

"Yo llegué a las 15;00 y no estabas tú. Esperé quince minutos y salí." I got there at 15::00 and you weren't there. I waited fifteen minutes and then left.
