Puedes hacerle una llamada a la compañía solo desde a las doce de la tarde a las cinco de la tarde

You can make a call to the company only from 12 (noon) to 5pm.

The English translation is much shorter so I'm wondering if I can shorten the Spanish translation. In addition to that, my primary question is if I need the "le" attached to "hacer". I'm not sure if I need the indirect pronoun.

This sentence can be spoken without the indirect object pronoun le because the indirect object appears after the verb, however, it´s very common to include it.

But the A before las of both times is incorrect.

If you need to make it shorter, you could write it as a rule rather than spoken: Sólo contactar la compañía entre las horas de 1200 a 1700.

Thanks Julian! To make the time frame correct, would it be "desde las doce hasta las cinco"? - Ramonaspiker, Jan 23, 2017
And I'm still confused about what you mean about the indirect object appearing after the verb. - Ramonaspiker, Jan 23, 2017
About the time - Yes, you´re correct. "Puedes hacer(le) una llamada a la compañía" pronoun not necessary. "A la compañía le puedes hacer una llamada ..." pronoun is necessary - 005faa61, Jan 23, 2017
Great thanks a bunch! If I changed "la compañía" to "el abogado" could I also omit the pronoun if I placed abogado after the verb? - Ramonaspiker, Jan 23, 2017
Or what if I changed "la compañía" to "mi madre" or "mi padre"? - Ramonaspiker, Jan 23, 2017
It´s all the same, a matter of the position of the indirect object to the verb - 005faa61, Jan 23, 2017
Wow I never learnt this about indirect object pronouns. Do you mind finding me a link explaining this? Could I omit the pronoun in this example too: "Podemos pedir(le) dinero a mi madre"? - Ramonaspiker, Jan 23, 2017
