Plural forms of words

If you are stuck on where to go out to eat, there are many different rankings of the best restaurants to eat out at on line. I also heard that there are two restaurant grand openings next week.

Si estás atascado sobre dónde va a comer afuera, hay muchos rankingues de los mejores restaurantes para comer afuera en línea. Yo también oí que hay dos grandes aperaturas de restaurantes en la próxima semana.

1) I would like to know if there is anything you would fix or add to my translation.

2) I know another way to say ranking is clasificación, but I want to know the plural form of ranking. If it is just rankings, then wouldn't it break the rules about forming plural words?

3) I know grand opening is: la gran apertura. I'm not surely how to change gran into its plural form and add that these grand openings are for two different restaurants, not a store or a buffet. On a side note, would buffets be "búffetes" in Spanish?

Thank you so much for your help! I really do want to master this language and you all have helped me so much already!

My attempt:

I might have put "decidir adónde ir a comer"- would adónde be wrong? - bosquederoble, Jan 21, 2017
Thank you so much Luis! I still need to learn how to navigate through the RAE's website. I think knowing how to use the site would help me a lot. - Ramonaspiker, Jan 21, 2017
Do you mind telling me if the plural form for buffet is búffetes? - Ramonaspiker, Jan 21, 2017
That sounds right to me Bosque! Thank you! - Ramonaspiker, Jan 21, 2017
