A good response in Spanish

My friend from Honduras says, Te quiero mucho guerita . I saw on here that how he says it is in fact a friendly way, how can I respond to that other than, yo también te amo Maybe something friendly to call him or something of that sort

"Te amo" and "Te quiero" are where you start. what you need is words like "lover" "sweetheart" "honey" and so forth. I use terms like: "mi amor" "cariño" "corazón" and a few others.

In spite of the fact that in the picture below "quiero" is spelled like they do in "text talk" The Spanish is OK.

While I do appreciate the list, and did go through and screenshot it lol, I want to call him something more friendly, not so much term of endearment smile
