quiero saber mas de esto textos :
"Puede (ser) que + sujuntivos"
. puede que tenga frío cuando vaya a Kashmir en Invierno.(It may be cold when you go to Kashmir in Winter) 2. puede que tenga frío cuando Iré a Kashmir en Invierno. (1. It may be cold when I go to Kashmir in Winter) Pero según la estructura (Cuando + Subjuntivo + Futuro).....Cual es correcto..

Your question seems to be more what to follow "cuando" with. Yes, what immediately follows "puede que" should be followed by subjunctive since it casts it as a hypothetical situation- something that may or may not happen. That does not affect how what follows "cuando" is treated. It is starting a new clause, so it is treated separately.
Your translation is not perfect:
Puede que tenga frío cuando vaya a Kashmir en Invierno.
It might be that I/you(usted)/he/she is cold when I/you(usted)/he/she goes to Kashmir in winter.
For "it might be (that it is) cold" I would use "haga" instead of "tenga".
When you use "cuando" to refer to a future action, an action that has not yet happened, the verb associated with "cuando" should be subjunctive.
When the action is repetitive or past, that is not the case, but then you would not use future:
Cuando voy a esa tienda, siempre voy en mi coche. Whenever I go to that store, I go in my car.
Here is the sentence cast in the future:
Cuando vaya a esa tienda hoy, iré en mi coche. When I go to that store today, I will go in my car. Note, in the part that is not associated with cuando, I did use the future. It is a new clause, that is not controlled by "cuando".
