Answer 1

An infinitive is "to verb" so if your verb is "jump" the infinitive version is "to jump."

Two rules for forming the present progressive (very vague) - 1.) Conjugate the present indicative form of "estar" and 2.) add the present participle of the verb being done.

I'm not sure what you're asking by "what are three endings for the present progressive tense" though here is a good link that explains it.
