Multiple food allergy

Question

We will be traveling to Barcelona and my kids both have food allergies. My son actually has multiple food allergies and I was hoping to print out some phrases to bring with me to restaurants. Since we are in Barcelona, does the translation need to be in Catalan as well? Please let me know how to translate the following phrases:

• My son has severe food allergies to all nuts, dairy and eggs.

• My daughter has severe food allergies to all nuts.

• Can you tell me which items we can have that does not contain any nuts, dairy or eggs?

Mi hija tiene una alergia grave/seria a todas las nueces

¿Podría decirme cuáles son las comidas/los alimentos que no contienen nueces, lácteos, ni huevos?
