Qué versus Lo Que

¡Hola!
I had a quick question about using "qué" in the middle of a sentence: in order to say "I don't know what I will do," should I use "No sé lo que haré" or "No sé qué haré"? Could you please also tell me why?

No sé lo que haré. literally means, "I don't know what (that which) I will do."
"No sé ¿Qué haré"? is more like "I don't know, what will I do?" (the last part being a question.)
