Which is the correct way or does it matter. "Todavia necesito" or "Sigo necesitando"

You can say both. "Todavía necesito..." would be like saying, "I still need..." whereas saying "sigo necesitando..." would be like saying "I keep needing..."

Another example would be - I still need to pay - todavía necesito pagar. I keep falling asleep - sigo durmiéndome
