Can you use the passive voice as a question. For example, Las tareas han sido hechas por los ninos?

The short answer is "sí."

But be careful about punctuation. You need a regular question mark after your English question.

You also need an upside down question mark before the question in Spanish.

¿Han sido hechas las tareas por los niños? (I changed the word order a little to make it more natural. )

Thanks, I was not sure whether it would be "Han sido hechas las tareas" or "Han sido las tareas hechas", I am a bit weak in word order in questions. :) - bosquederoble, Dec 4, 2016
I know I need an upside down question mark in front of the sentence, but I only have an English keyboard. And yes, sorry I completely forgot my English question mark. No excuses really! - jukrik, Dec 4, 2016
Thank you for forming a better word order. Looking at it now, it does flow more easily. - jukrik, Dec 4, 2016
