The entire quote says "and fly in the casinos and not in my sovereignty". Sovereignty itself means supreme power or dictation, or a self-governing state.

I thought that what it might mean, but I would substitute fly with flies. - donrono, Dec 3, 2016
Shouldn't the quote in Spanish finish: "y no en mi soberanía " (not soberao which isn't listed in my Oxford English Spanish Dictionary as a Spanish word) - FELIZ77, Dec 3, 2016

Soberao is an andaluz word for desván: loft/attic.

A friend of mine from Puerto Rico says soberao is a word for ballroom which makes sense that she flies over the casinos and not in his ballroom. - donrono, Dec 4, 2016
