So I can read and write in Spanish well, however I need help speaking and listening to other people. Can anyone help? We could Skype or message... I just need help!

You could try watching TV in Spanish, doing this would help you get familiar with the language in its spoken form.
You could also ask one of your friends to try practicing the language with you. Do you know anyone who can help you that is also learning? Or who is fluent in the language?
