Andar de locura

Hola!

So, I've never come across this saying - "como andas de locura?", and I'm having a hard time trying to translate it into English. Thank you!

This is not necessarily a saying but just a clause in a sentence, so without context we don´t know exactly. Locura (craziness) can be a positive thing or a negative thing, depending on context.
