Do all intransitive verbs require you to put it with a reflexive pronoun?

No. At least not if I understand your question.

Existir is I think entirely intransitive. I say this with some hesitation as it is an open invitation for someone to come up with some odd usage that I am not thinking of right now, but:

You cannot exist something.

Existo. I exist. I would not normally say "me existo", at least not simply to say I exist.

Eso ya no existe. That no longer exists. I would not normally say "eso ya no se existe".

Yes, I was kinda wondering if with intransitive verbs, you had to put the reflexive pronoun or you could just leave it. Both of your sentences make sense so I'm still very sure, but I appreciate the answer! - Quincyhopper, Nov 6, 2016

It's possible but the constructions are not easy to understand.

The explanation given on this site sumarises it perfectly.
