"Yo feliz de ..." common?
Is Yo feliz de ayudar pretty common everywhere or just in Peru? Another example is Yo feliz de ayudar en lo que sea. In both of these situations, there was certainly the emphasis that I (unlike others) am happy to help....
I guess what I'm asking is, is dropping the estoy pretty common in South America (Peru in particular), I've just not heard it in Mexican Spanish, maybe it's something that I missed. Maybe it's just the people I hang around?
Thanks for your thoughts.

I did a quick Google search, and found that it appears to be common. I think I have heard it a few times and even used it. I think there's even a song out there with that for a title. One search I did revealed that it was "colloquial." Nothing about it being regional.
