In English we use "Go," as a command to do something or somewhere.

The affirmative command for Ir is Ve, so would "Go do your homework," translate to "Ve hacer tu tarea." ?

Do either ve a hacer tu tarea, or vete y haz tu tarea make sense? - bosquederoble, Nov 2, 2016
Just, "ve y haz to tarea." is sufficient. Vete would mean "go away." There may be a few cases where you'd want to say that. :) - Daniela2041, Nov 2, 2016
Typo: "tu" tarea. - Daniela2041, Nov 2, 2016
