"You must enter (pounds and ounces) or (grams), not both."

The word "enter" above means to type into the web-page. Is the following accurate? If not, what is the correct translation?

"Debe introducir libras y onzas o gramos, pero no ambos."

It's like saying introduzca la contraseña = enter the password.
