That doesn't look like a Spanish word. As a rule Spanish doesn't use double "p." Could the word you're looking for possibly be "chopería"?

I think it means some kind of a bar. It's not Mexican or Peninsular---probably South American, like Chile. We have some people from Chile on our site who can verify.

And AnnRon is correct. No double "p" in Spanish.
