Does anyone know what "Buah" means? Spanish people say it all the time and i can't find it in a dictionary. Is it just a sound or is it rude?

I am a fan of word reference and it has been discussed well in that thread. It is also mentioned in wiki wiki

It is clearly an interjection but wiki has it as both an expression of surprise and of sadness. Perhaps equivalent of whoa or wow and as sadness - boo hoo.

Words can vary according to region and age group of the speakers. Your best bet is to ask someone who uses it.

I am old enough to live through a time where wicked, brilliant bad and sick can mean the opposite of what you expect.

Depending on context, it's whoa, wow, yeah... Or some other meaning that's been assigned this nonsense word. For more detail: http://forum.wordreference.com/threads/bua-buah.775687/
