I know you're here in the hopes that someone will hand you, on a silver platter, your homework answers. What you are not here for is for some geezer to lecture you about how to conduct your life.

If your cell phone ever dies and you need to make an important call, do not walk up to someone and say, "Gimme your phone." Be polite. Explain your circumstances. Ask for help. (I know that you already know this. I have confidence in you!)

Similarly, if you want homework help on an Internet forum, be polite. Explain your circumstances. Ask for help. Otherwise -- if, for example, you simply demand that people on the forum fill in the blanks for you -- you might end up with no help, except that some geezer tries to help you with heartfelt advice about how to conduct your life.
