If I want to say, "Are you (plural) messing with me?" would I say "¿Están metiéndome?", "Están metiéndome conmigo" or "¿Están metiendo conmigo?" Help would be appreciated.

You're close.

¿Están metiéndose conmigo? or ¿Se están metiendo conmigo?

The expression as found in the dictionary is "meterse con alguien"
