It is ratoncito (or ratón) Pérez

Both ratoncito and Pérez will differ from Spain to Latin America depending on the schemata used for c and z- and can vary depending on accents within those areas.

The sound icon after ratoncito in our dictionary provides the pronunciation (you can likewise look up ratón if you prefer that version). This voice sounds Latin American to me, the c would be more like the z in the next link (the one for Pérez) in a traditional Spain schemata, although it will vary by the part of Spain.

Ratoncitio entry

Here is a Spain pronunciation of Pérez. In Latin America the z would typically be more of an s sound, although accents will vary.
