Medical allergy question

I had a Spanish speaking patient on my ambulance today. I asked him if he had any medical allergies. He said, "no mas de pastillos". I can't find pastillos, so maybe he said pastíos? But I still can't find that anywhere online. Any ideas what he meant?

hmm...I wonder why he said that - that could mean that he is allergic to all pills which is unlikely. - Marcalis77, Oct 18, 2016
