It is Latin not Spanish. - ian-hill, Oct 17, 2016

Per Wikipedia:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gaudete

Ezechielis porta Clausa pertransitur, Unde lux est orta Salus invenitur.

The closed gate of Ezekiel Is passed through, Whence the light is raised, Salvation is found.

Other stanzas are there as well.

I cannot comment further, as I do not understand Latin.
