Estimada Julia,

Me llamo Alex.

Abrazos, Alex

Here is the intended message in English:

Dear Julia,

My name is Alex. My family and I are from California. I have one brother, Dylan, one sister, Dalia and one stepbrother, Lee. We are brunettes, kind, and young. Dylan is athletic and likes to play soccer. Dalia is an artist and likes to take photographs. Lee is very intelligent and likes to read.

Hugs, Alex

Awesome. Thank you so much! :) - amiller5, Oct 9, 2016
I notice you corrected the "la" in "la artista." In English we could say "Dalia is *the* artist" to emphasize that she is the most artistic in the family. I know this wasn't Alex's intention, but can you use the definite article the same way in Spanish? - jellonz, Oct 9, 2016
