Regarding your title, Conjugation of sleep: If you look up sleep in the translator, you'll find the Spanish word dormir. Click it, click the Conjugation tab, and there you go.

Regarding how to say "I slept well": That depends on context.

I slept well until I got married. That would be Dormía bien ...
I slept well last night. That would be Dormí bien ...
