What does it mean when someone says "como saliste" in a law case? Does it mean to turn out, or end up?

As it's "saliste" it means how did you fare, --or how did it turn out for you.

Literally it's, "How did you come out?"

An other way would be, "¿Cómo te salió?" or even "¿Qué tal te salió?"

You don't have to be a lawyer to know expressions like that. - Daniela2041, Oct 8, 2016

I like Daniela´s alternate way much better. This is the most natural way to say this.
