Looking for a Spanish Singer

I'm looking for a Spanish singer and I am really stumped. He has long hair and the song I'm thinking about is very old maybe 1997-2000. The actor is not much of a hottie but he sings the most beautiful song about making love to a woman. He talks about her getting nude in such a poetic way. About her forgetting her troubles and her insecurities. That's what I'm starting with. Help anyone?

He looks something like Fabio and is not very well known, that's why I'm having such a difficult time. It's a slow love song, not pop or upbeat. Something about desnudate la mente. Help, please help. I love this song and can't put my finger on it.
