Do I use "de" or "de la" in the following sentence and why?

La oficina E-S-S, número 2312 es la oficina de (or de la) Profesora Hernandez.

When talking about a person with a title like Señor, Señora, Doctor, Profesor, etc., the definite article "el/la" is needed. So it's "la oficina de la profesora Hernández."

In the plural use "los/las" as in "los Señores Gómez" (Mr. and Mrs. Gómez.)
