I think you meant to write ¿Cómo se escribe tu nombre? The accent on the first o is because como is being used in a question. Did you have trouble understanding the question? If you are answering it in writing you repeat the first part of the question ' Se escribe mi nombre .....' then write your name. If you are answering face to face I would probably just spell out my name using the Spanish alphabet.

'se escribe' is used here in the third person meaning 'how does one write' but in English we would just say how do you write.

If you have a teacher it is best to ask them for help as they need to know what parts of a lesson you do not understand.
