You asked:
How do I order a very blue steak in a restaurant?
As you can clearly see from Ray's very informative chart, a blue steak is a very rare steak (one that is not cooked or very lightly cooked!)
So, you can say / Por eso, puedes decir:
Me gustaría un bistec muy poco hecho, por favor = I would like a very rare steak, please (A steak, very lightly cooked! )
or
Quisiera un filete de tenera azul (o un filete de tenera muy raro), por favor = I would like a very rare steak, please
These are just two ways to ask for a steak in a restaurant in Spain / Spanish speaking countries! I am sure that Spanish natives like Daniela, Oshnaj and Luis amongst others, will be able to offer alternative suggestions! ![]()
