How to tell a customer that a spanish-speaking representative will call them back?

So, I work in customer service and I live in a very heavily Hispanic area; I call customers, and take questions they have, blah blah blah. Anyways, I usually don't even get 4 calls into my shift before I reach someone who doesn't speak English; my boss said to say "I'm sorry, I don't speak Spanish, but a Spanish-speaking representative will call you back shortly. Thank you." But it's really kind of useless to say all that in English, it doesn't seem to do much. So how would I go about saying that in Spanish?

Welcome to SpanishDict. We ask that all new members complete their profiles with their native language, and what level of Spanish you feel you are, like, beginner, intermediate, etc. as well as gender. - ray76, Sep 27, 2016

"No hablo bien el español, pero un empleado que habla español le devolverá pronto la llamada."

And good luck with trying to pronounce that if you don't speak Spanish. You had better have someone who does, rehearse it with you until you can get it right.
