You may mean "direct object pronoun." In English they are "me, you, him, her, it, us, them."

In Spanish they are "me, te, lo, la, nos, os. los. las."

So to change the sentence from using the direct object to a direct object pronoun you would have to state it thus.

¿Ya las enviamos todas?

I just can't fathom how one *conjugates* a sentence to a direct object pronoun. Your solution is probably what's wanted, but surely no teacher gave such meaningless directions? - AnnRon, Sep 22, 2016
However students know how to mess up and totally misinterpret a teacher's good instructions. - Daniela2041, Sep 22, 2016
