On account of the adjective, you need sé.
If you want to use conozco, you don't need a second clause. Compare:

  1. I know that the restaurant in downtown is very good. (= que el restaurante en el centro es muy bueno.)
  2. I know the restaurant in downtown. (= conozco el restaurante en el centro.)
