El desagüe del fregadero tiene una fuga - I believe fregadero is specific to the kitchen so the "de la cocina" isn't needed. For leakage; gotea is for roofs? As compared to fuga for pipes or other containers.

I'd say la cañería del lavaplatos tiene una fuga.

kitchen sink = fregadero/lavaplatos/pila/pileta.
