Welcome to SpanishDict. We ask that all new members complete their profiles with their native language, and what level of Spanish you feel you are, like, beginner, intermediate, etc. as well as gender. - rac1, Sep 20, 2016

i use both..

Kata has explained how to interrupt and politely end a conversation. However if you just want to get something in, you can say "Disculpa," o "perdón" and say "Tengo algo que decir sobre esto."
