Proof Read Please?

Hola en el verano mi familia y yo fuimos al Canadá. En un día nosotros decidíamos caminatas por un sendero. Por la mañana nosotros empacábamos el equipo y fuimos en el camino. Cuando nosotros llegábamos en lago Louise empezamos a caminar por el sendero, pero nos dimos mi padre olvido su equipo. Por supuesto yo tuvo dar mi cosas. Entonces nosotros empezábamos y sobre cinco minutos en mi madre se torcerío un tobillo por lo que no podía caminar. Ella estaba en el dolor por lo que había camine abajo. Cuando nos meteríamos el automóvil fuimos el casa y dormíamos después de largo dia.

Before any of us can attempt a translation or a correction, the paragraph must be stated in both languages.
