La dejo en leido
How to translate "y la dejo en leido" in english? There is a sentence in a song: "Esa niña me dice "cariño te amore" y la dejo en leido" and I can't come up with a suitable translation.

There is a problem here. "amore" is italian for "love" or "amor" in Spanish. There is no such word as "leido" in Spanish. There is "leído" which is the past participle of "to read"
Words that are sung are sometimes very difficult to understand even for native speakers. If you could give the title of the song, I might know it or I could look it up.
Your "amore" could probably be "Cariño te amaré" (Darling I will love you) Y la dejo means "I leave her " --and I can't imagine what the rest might be. I would have to see it or hear it.
So if you have a title please respond.
