What is the best way to ask "Me too?"

Hello all. What is the best way to ask: "Me too?'

I know when you're agreeing with someone, the correct phrase is "yo también", or "a mi también", depending on subject (i.e. "Quiero ir a mi casa." "Yo también.")

But how would you say "me too" when asking if someone wants you to do something? Would you use "yo también" in this instance? Or maybe "y yo"?

Ex: "Me too? Or do you only want him to come?"

My attempt: "Yo también? O sólo quieres que él vaya?"

Or is this a case where we shorten the phrase in English (it gets redundant with the 2nd question, but grammatically we should say, "Do you want me to come too?"), and when translating into Spanish we should say the whole phrase?

Thanks!

yo también is the way. There's no need to repeat the whole sentence.

RAE (Real Academia Española) stated the graphic accent for solo is not necessary, so you can leave it off if you want to.

Hello Spike,

Welcome to our SpanishDict community smile

Oshnaj is absolutely correct and is a native Spanish speaker too so he knows much more about Spanish than I do lol

I just thought that it is important to add that when you use /are using the verb gustar you use a different option when you want to say: Me, too! Instead of yo también you say: A mí también

ex 1: Juan: (A mí )" ¡Me gustan mucho los perros!" = "I like dogs alot"

(The words in brackets are optional...I put them in to make it clear why the response would be A mí también..You can simply say: "Me gustan etc.).

Maria: "¡A mí también!"

If they express a negative opinion, instead of a positive opinion (ex 1) that you wish to agree with, you say: A mí tampoco

ex 2 Sofía: "No me gustan nada las arañas" = I don't like spiders at all!

Andrea: 2 "¡A mí tampoco!" = Me neither!

If what you are referring to, when you say you like something is in the singular eg the sun/rain you would say Me gusta el sol /Me gusta la lluvia

I also hope this helps smile

Corrijan mi español si es necesario, por favor smile
