What does "Ósea" mean? (Possible slang)

I am going to visit my friend and he texted me, "Ósea que te mantienes 15 días". I know what the rest of the sentence means, but I'm curious about "Ósea" as Google translated it as bony, and an internet search has come up with mostly the same result. As bony would make no sense here, I imagine it is some sort of slang. He lives in Costa Rica if that helps. Thanks!

It's probably "o sea", otherwise "that is". Check the links, especially the second one. - rac1, Sep 14, 2016
It's not a slang. You can take that for granted. - Oshnaj, Sep 14, 2016

Thanks, Ray. Not my work, but we had so many great teachers here. I hate to see it go to waste. - rac1, Sep 15, 2016
Well... Only a word that means "oxear" which is the real word, but I'm just splitting hairs, I guess. - codyandrews1993, Sep 19, 2016

My guess here is that it's 2 words "O sea..." in which case the the translation would be "So, you're staying..."
