English: 1. Luis wants a perfect attendance, he needs to come to work on time every day. 2. Marry will join the swimming competition next month, she needs to practice.

Spanish: 1. Luis desea la asistencia perfecto, tiene que venir a trabajar a tiempo cada día 2. Marry se unirá a la competencia de natación, ella tiene que practicar mucho

I would say: Luis quiere mantener una historia de asistencia perfecta

nesecita llegar al trabajo a tiempo (Jubilado's suggestion of "puntualmente' is also good) - this refers to the work place.

... llegar a trabajar - this refers to the action of working

Asistencia perfecta = adjectives end in o, a, as, or os depending on what the noun ends in

El próximo mes = next month
