Hey guys.

I'm working on a Spanish assignment and I need some help with my grammar.

I need help writing "I feel like sharing this (referring to my experience) could help you understand the problem".

This is what I have, " Tengo ganas de compartir este te ayudarías a comprender el entorno."

I'm sorry I'm really bad at spanish

Thank you for your time!!

According to your English phrase, I would say: Creo que compartir esto contigo podría ayudarte a comprender el problema.

"I feel like" has several meanings in English, but only one in Spanish.

Tengo ganas de + verb means that a person has a desire to do something.

The "I feel like" that you use means "It seems to me or I believe that" or something similar.

In Spanish we would say:

Me parece (or "creo que') que compartir esto contigo te podría ayudar a comprender el problema (or "la situación) The word you used "entorno" refers to the environment or surroundings.

Firstly, please don't worry about being bad at Spanish ..we have all had to start at the beginning at some time in our lives! There is only one way : up! You will get better with practice, practice, practice! wink

You can also be very specific and say: Creo que compartir mi experiencia te podría ayudar a entender el problema. (o entender la situación)

= I feel that (believe that) sharing my experience could help you to understand the problem (the situation)

I hope this helps smile

Corrijan mi español si es necesario, por favor smile

I have always found it better to rewrite the English until it is less complicated

as Daniela said "there are several meanings in English for the same phrase.

I would like to share this experience with you,

it may help you to understand the environment.
