"That's it baby" (literally "that!" mommy" )
This is pure Mexican slang. Maybe Luis or Julian who are Mexicans can confirm.
When I look at the various memes and such on Photobucket, it appears to be a vulgarity. And if if means what I get from the memes, my first translation may be off.

The complete idiom is "!Eso es!" ("That´s the way to do it, That´s it, Well done,"etc), so "Eso, mami" like "Órale, mamí" in this case is saying "Well done, baby, great photo" - 005faa61, Aug 30, 2016
