Hello Could you tell me how to say "How was it?" in Spanish? I mean a situation like that:

  • Miguel, ¿has visto la película?
  • ¡Sí!
  • ¿Y cómo fue/era?

Which form would be more suitable?

Thanks

None of them click on my ears.
I'd say ¿y cómo estuvo/estaba?

Another option is to consider the idiomatic expression ¿y qué tal?

Why do you think so? In the present tense we'd say "La pelicula es increible", because for me, "being incredible" is a pernament feature. And wihich tense would you use? :) Thanks - Matty08, Aug 26, 2016
And can we say "Lo has disfrutado?" ? - Matty08, Aug 26, 2016
English "be" form has a unique connotation unlike Spanish. The nuances are different. Some would say "la película está/es increíble". As for your second question, regarding to what? - Oshnaj, Aug 26, 2016
It'd be like 'Have you enjoyed it'. Isn't it okay? - Matty08, Aug 27, 2016

I agree with Oshnaj. In Mexico we would say both expressions together: ¿Y qué tal estuvo?
