Do you have problems posting comments or using the Feedback function?

Question

Most of the time I can't post a comment or use the Feedback function.

I use IE or Google browsers. It happens on both.

Is it me or a general problem?

I prefer to use Mozilla Firefox on both computer and my phone, my but I am finding increasingly more often that the browser is crashing on my laptop while I am using SpanishDict! Strange, isn't it?! No problem with my phone of course which uses a different operating system!

I have noticed difficulties in using SpanishDict especially when trying to post captions for Picture of the day and answering people's questions in the forum! Sometimes the individual letters or accented letters take a long time to appear in the posting box or take a long time to delete.

I agree with Ray, that after voting for somebody and then clicking to view their profile, upon returning to the previous post, I have also noticed that the vote returns back to the previous number (total) ie: 4 to 3 or 2 to 1!

I have not attempted to send feedback for some time so I have no idea if that feature /function is working or not!

I would attribute the browser difficulties to a number of possible causes, although I am not a computer engineer::

1.Some of the adverts, especially the flashing adverts could be interfering with the Browser plug ins or the SpanishDict website machinery.and so is interfering with users experience of the website. Thankfully I have been here for more than 5 years now and so having received sufficient rep points I receive fewer adverts but I still can't help thinking that some of them may be part of the cause of the problem, until I am proved wrong lol

2.The Spanishdict website needs an overhaul because it is no longer capable of dealing with the current demands of more people using it!

Is anyone else experiencing the same problems?

I have tried to use the feedback form but the button just goes nowhere for me (using Google Chrome on a PC) I don't get an error message or anything. Just nothing at all happens. I haven't had any other problems with the site but I wanted to send feedback on the Android App.

As that seems to be a different topic I will post that separately.

No problems with comments but feedback is out os action, I use safari.
