Can you add your level of English and Spanish to your profile? You have changed your question so it includes hispanohablantes - this is all Spanish speaking people rather than just Spain. I and Luis gave you lots of stereotypes eg religion, looks, clothing. Berets are popular in the Basque country Basques live mainly in South West France and in país Vasco. Spain used to be a strongly Catholic country and many idioms include words from religion like hostia, but it used to be a country with three religions Jewish Moslem and Christian. Look up Toledo, Granada and Cordoba. Since the end of the Civil War and death of Franco the influence of the Church has reduced.
I could give you lots of stereotypes. I am not so sure of the stereotypes about other Spanish speaking countries, most of whom have a sizeable population from other cultures.
Why not ask for opinions on a particular stereotype? You may then get answers in Spanish and may get answers from hispanohablantes. It is a very wide subject that you can find discussed on the internet.
Veintemundos a free electronic magazine has lots of articles plus editions in German and French too.
