Random tense

Hello! In my previous post I asked you about the present perfect. You taught me how to use it, and thanks for it. But I wanted to take it to a real life situation. I've seen a video about Real Madrid's trophy celebration. In the match, the refere cancelled Sergio Ramos' goal. That's what he said after the match:

"Me lo ha anulado por la cara" - well, he used the present perfect, but his usage didn't fill any rules. There is no result and he is talking about a finished action [ time period]. Ah, I gotta tell you he's a Spaniard

Here is an another sentence said by him: "Me venía agarrando el otro.Me ha pitado el penalti tambien." - he used both preterito imperfecto and Perfecto , reffering to the same situation.

Here is a sentence said by Marcelo "Me lo que más j*dío Vitolo.(Ha) Cogiendo el balón." - he also used both tenses reffering to the same situation., the match.

Look, they were both talking about the match, and both of them used an another tense to describe it. Maybe it's because Marcelo is from South Ameria?

So my conclusion is: Spaniards just randomize those tenses, when there is no signal word they just use the any next tense. Brits also do that in English. Do you agree with me? I know I can learn everything, but for know, and for this what I heard, I think it makes no sense.I don't want to be correct, I want to talk like a native

The only way for me to use the expression me lo ha anulado por la cara, it's because of a completed action in the past where the timespan is not ended. Namely,

Me lo ha anulado por la cara. (= the game isn't finished yet.)
Me lo anuló por la cara. (= half time/game is finished.)

Using the present perfect when we're not thinking in the present doesn't make sense. It's like saying:

1. Ayer he comprado unos zapatos.
2. He ido a trabajar hace dos horas.
3. La semana pasada ha estado interesante.

Finished time expressions like ayer, hace dos horas, semana pasada contradict the use of the present perfect because this is a present tense.

The past simple is the tense that should be used to describe completed actions in the past whose results are not relevant in the present, or are not connected with the present.

In one of my English classes I was being taught the difference between "going to" and "will". I learned that they are used in different situations however our teacher told us that although we should know these things for the exam, no native speaker actually knows the difference and they use it as if they were interchangeable.

Yes, there are rules but do Spanish speakers have a deep knowledge on Spanish grammar? Not really, and I think this applies to every native speaker of any language (unless they have further studies on linguistics or something like that).

With that being said, in my opinion the use of tenses are regional. Where I live nobody ever uses the present perfect (he estado, he comido, he hecho) we always say: estuve, comí, hice. Nevertheless there are other provinces in my country that do use this tense. I guess it's also has to do with one's way of speaking.
