I am wondering if we can say Cómo siente ella too, I don't quite understand the usage of (se, me, te ....) is there any topics here already discussed about this ?

   This question relates the person with the action.

The reflexive verb "sentirse" is used to "feel" as in an emotion.

Ella se siente contenta. She feels happy. Your sentence "¿Cómo se siente ella? means, "How does she feel?"

"Sentir" means to feel something with the senses. as in the sentences as given by Oshnaj.
