me siento bien or siento bien

me siento bien or siento bien

Hi everyone,

I am wondering the usage of "me" (me, myself) in the sentence. Does it necessary to use me before the verb "sentir" because I saw people mostly answer "me siento bien" (I feel good myself) . Can I also say Yo siento bien, which is "I feel good"

Thanks

"Sentirse" is used to describe how you're feeling (adjective or adverb). "Sentir" is used to describe what you feel (noun).

Examples;

I feel hot(adjective): Yo me siento caliente.

I feel heat(noun): Yo siento el calor.

So I would say "Me siento bien."

I vote for "Me siento bien." You may also say "Me siento fuerte." as an alternative.
