Tell him/her congratulations

Question

Can someone please tell me how to say "tell her congratulations from me"? I know to say felicidades when talking directly to the person but not how to ask someone to say it to another person from me.

Another common way is: Te encargo con mis felicidades / felicitaciones a ella.

I won't suggest saying the literal translation:

Dile felicitaciones de mí.

Not quite idiomatic. Rather, we can say it like,

dile felicitaciones de mi parte,
dale felicitaciones de mi parte, but don't say,
dile felicidades de mi parte, or
dale felicidades de mi parte.
